ReMinDeR~

 Hi guys, aku nak pesan sikit for those yg consume jamu mcm aku.. since skrg wx pun tgh panas giler... bak org JB kata scorching hot (ahh tiberrrr😂)aku suggest korg dah boleh either hold or stop consume jamu cz once korg mkn jamu mmg auto badan korg panas.Bukan apa just taknk rule out rashes and pitam jeee. Mcm aku sendiri  bila ada season yg wx jadi way too hot and dry..aku tak stop but aku kurangkn halia and akar2 kayu yg boleh lead to body heat. If korg still nk consume jugak... aku suggest korg just blend kunyit, asam jawa and one cup of cold water..that's enough.. Jgn ckp aku tak payung eh. Aku dah consume jamu since i was 15 yrs old till now and aku dah master dah bab2 ni. So aku boleh lah share dgn korg.

Satu lagiiiiiii,jamu tak membantu kau utk kurus cz actually dia buat kau montok je😂like tak gemok, tak kurus... And jamu tak membantu kau jadi cantik ye.. tu semua depends pada genetics kau. But jamu boleh enhanced kau punya blood circulation, tegangkan and firmkan apa yg patut 😂,kawal selera mkn kau (but klu kau mkn jamu  beras kencur tu akan meningkatkn nafsu mkn kau).Other than sedikit sebyk dpt bantu kau utk ada kulit yg cantik, bersih and awet muda plus keep you in shape.


Aku bukan mkn jamu sekali sehari ye kawan2,aku ada my own timing like 2 kali sehari and I'm stick with that routine.For those yg lps bersalin baru nak try mkn jamu .aku tak sure wether it's help or not,but korg boleh cuba laaa.Mostly jamu aku blend sendiri or kalau mls sgt aku beli or aku minum kat kedai jamu (jamu kocok) but korg kena beware..sometimes yg non Muslim..dia akan letak arak putih, so kena tengok and alert la okay😊
