AnAk SyUrGa~

 My deep condolences to Ima, Capt Idzwan and entire family. I'm sorry for your lost☹️Baby can't be united with you guys now but your  baby already waiting for you guys in Jannah. This situation gave me a bitter  flash back upon a losing of my stillborn nephew.My twin sister chose to delivered her baby in HSI,JB when she's 8 month pregnant due to the baby already passed away in her womb few weeks before when she's taking her afternoon nap.She had a feeling that her baby no longer "there" cz she doesn't feel any movement from him anymore.When he "arrived" in silence and quiet,my brother in law asked the nurses "is there any possibility my baby will awake?☹️💔He knew he lost the baby but he still denied😭And  I'm the one who carried his cold body covered with kain batik from hospital to home cz my brother in law and twin sister breaking into a prices and don't dare to carry the baby.I put him on my lap and what i feel is just a cold sensation from him.My dad and my brothers done all the procedure at home and my stillborn nephew were buried in cemetery nearb our house.I can sense the silent pain from my sister and she felt regret cz she's not spent her last moment with her stillborn child well even until now,when she talked about her stillborn baby..she will cry..Wait for us beautiful baby,we can't be together in this word but Allah already grant a Jannah for you over there .Alfatihah to my stillborn nephew Muhammad Sufi Aqashah.....

Makanan yang wajib tinggal selama 6-8weeks :


❌Susu lembu/kambing

❌Pedas (lada dan lain2)

❌Fast food

❌kopi/tea/nes dan semua 3 in 1

❌Milo/oat/nestum

❌Tepung gandum (Gluten)

❌Semua jenis kek dan kuih yang berasaskan tepung

❌Gula putih

❌Roti (Semua jenis roti)

❌ sos cili/tomato/kicap/makanan dalam tin

❌Air Gas/Air kotak

❌Jeruk/asam

❌Jajan


Makanan yang boleh di makan:


Ikan -


✅ Ikan selar 

✅ Kerisi

✅ Jenahak

✅ Tenggiri

✅Merah

✅Senagin

✅ Ikan yu


Ayam :


✅Ayam organic

✅ Ayam kampung


Daging Lembu


✅sedikit sahaja dan cincang halus


Sayur :


✅ Sawi hijau

✅ Pak choy

✅ Kailan

✅ Carrot

✅Brokoli ( Ada org x boleh)

✅ Daun sup

✅ Batang celery

✅ Daun bawang

✅ Daun kucai


Buah-Buahan :


✅Epal merah dari negara selain china

✅ Buah pear

✅ Buah lai

✅ Beetroots

( disarankan rendam dengan garam sebentar dan buang kulit bila makan)

✅Dragon Fruit (Jika boleh)


Telur :


✅Telur organic

✅Telur ayam kampung

(Certain org akan kembung bila makan putih telur. cuba dlu jika ok teruskan)


Senaman :


✅Apa2 senaman ringan di rumah

✅ Morning walk


Tumisan :


✅ Bawang putih

✅ Bawang merah

✅ Bawang Besar

✅ Halia

✅ Kunyit

✅ 3 Sekawan ( ada yang tidak serasi)

✅ Garam

✅Daun limau purut

✅Asam keping (Jangan byk)


Air :


✅ Air kosong - Sejuk/panas/suam

✅ Tea roibos

✅ Tea organic Garden Andes (Chamomile )


* Boleh ganti gula stevia ( Jika tidak rasa kembung)


Kunyah2 :


✅ Badam panggang

✅ Kacang macadamia


Supplement

Penjagaan emosi -


✅ Tidur awal pukul 10 malam

✅ Kurangkan stress


Waktu makan :


✅  8- 9 pagi

✅ 12-1 tgh hari
